Your customers can transfer a Protection Plan to another person through their My Extend portal.
Once the Customer has logged in to My Extend, they can select the Plan to be transferred and click the vertical ellipsis and choose Transfer Plan. Simply complete the Contact Information form to complete the Transfer Plan process.
