Creating a Post-Purchase Link

You can create links in the Merchant Portal for customers to add an Extend protection plan post-purchase following the steps below:  

1. Click into the “Leads” tab
2. Click the “Create Lead” button in the top right corner 
3. Fill out the information in the “Create a new lead” pop-up. If you’re ever unsure of what’s required, click on the blue question mark for more details. 
   • • Note: The Extend product reference ID can be found in the “Products” tab.
4. Click “Save” 
5. Click into the lead you created in the leads list
6. Click “Copy Lead URL” in the top right
7. Send the link to your customer!
