What’s Warrantable?
Product Protection:
Eligible products must be physical and have an electrical and/or mechanical component. Our Terms and Conditions offer much more detail and cover some nuances.
You can find the specific Terms and Conditions by using the link format below and updating the Plan ID in red, then clicking to the full Terms and Conditions at the bottom of that landing page.

Shipping Protection:
The Extend Shipping Protection Plan covers physical goods shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico based on your industry thresholds. We now also offer International Shipping Protection support for Shopify Merchants, please submit a Business Success ticket if you are interested in learning more.
The Extend team works with our partner merchants to identify all eligible products and match them to a shipping protection plan.
Think Your Product is Warrantable and There Aren’t Extend Offers on it?
Curious if one of your products is warrantable, or why there aren’t Extend offers on it? We’re happy to look into this! Submit a Product Mapping ticket via the Merchant Portal with the following message:
“Hi, curious why this/these product(s) isn’t/aren’t displaying offers, is it warrantable?
*insert link(s) to product(s) on your website OR product title(s) and SKU(s)*”
We’ll check with the appropriate team and send you an explanation as to why it isn’t warrantable or let you know that we’ve mapped it to a protection plan and offers will be up soon!
