If a customer is having issues with their virtual card, please submit a Virtual Gift Card Ticket via the Merchant Portal with the following message:
“Hi, customer XX is having issues with their Virtual Card. Can you please take a look? Thanks!”
If this is a recurring issue, please submit a Virtual Card Ticket via the Merchant Portal detailing the issue, and please provide impacted customers emails so we can help identify a solution.
